WARRANTY POLICY
WELDED COMPONETS: PMF warranties all fo our stainless steel welded tools against the breakage of welds from manufacture defects for one year. PMF does not warranty obvious wear or mistreatment of welded components.
VALVE BODIES: PMF warranties all of our cast and forged valve bodies from manufacture defects. PMF does not warranty normal wear inside valve bodies. PMF does not warranty damage caused by mistreatment or freezing of the valve.
VALVE GUTS: PMF warranties only manufacture defects on the valve stems and related internal parts. PMF does not warranty normal wear on valve stems or internal parts. PMF does not warranty damage caused by mistreatment of freezing of the valve.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
We charge a 50% restocking fee on any 10ft, 15ft, 20ft, & 25ft Hide-A-Hose
We do not accept any solution lines for refunds.
Our sales department will help you and issue you a Return Authorization number. This will help to speed up your exchange, credit, or refund. Return shipping is your responsibility. Credit will be issued after we receive the item and verify it has not been used or abused.
Refund Transactions: 2-3 business days credit.

SHIPPING IS FREE TO YOU WHEN PURCHASED ON OUR ONLINE STORE
PMF will ship your order within 2-5 business days depending on items ordered. If additional time is needed to fill your order, you will be contacted directly by phone or email.
PMF will box your order in the smallest box possible. All orders are shipped via US Mail, UPS, or Fedex.
