BACK ORDERS:  As hard as we try, there are times when we must back-order items you want. We try to keep all the items we manufacture in stock, but sometimes material shortages happen. If you do not want back orders shipped, please inform us and we will mark your records accordingly.

WARRANTIES:  Please see warranty section.

PRICING & SHIPPING:  Many changes occur beyond our control that may affect pricing and availability of items that qualify for our free freight program. We reserve the right to make any additions, deletions, or substitutions of qualifying items at any time and without prior notice. As much as we try to keep prices low, there may be some typographical errors. Prices are subject to change without notice.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  Always refer to product labels before use. PMF labels all tools with working pressure and temperatures guidelines. If tools are used in excess of these guidelines, all warranties will be void. The purchaser or user of PMF products agrees that, if the product proves to be defective or in any way unsuitable, PMF’s limit of liability for all damages, included but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, and purchaser’s and user’s exclusive remedy, regardless of legal theory, shall be for purchaser or user to receive, at PMF’s option, an equivalent quantity of replacement product or a refund of the purchase price.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER:  PMF cannot accept international orders on their website. Please call us at 1-800-992-9263 to place an order. All international orders will be shipped collect, we will get shipping quotes for you, or ship the way you want.
